With over 30 years experience in building custom Volkswagens, Three Seven Teen offers assistance with your special Volkswagen project.

About Us
Three Seven Teen Custom Vee Dubs is located at Heffley Creek, BC. Near Sun Peaks Resort in the Kamloops area.
The shop is owned and run by Johnnie Balfour, an Australian mechanic and VW Specialist who relocated to Canada in 2006.
Johnnie began working on Volkswagens at a very young age, working with his father on their 1976 VW campervan. In 1990 he began working part time on weekends and after school at a small VW shop near his home. With not enough work to support an apprentice, Johnnie ended up completing his Automotive Technician apprenticeship with Mazda. He continued to work on weekends at the VW shop learning from VW Hillclimb racing legend Jeff Unwin.
He built his first custom VW, a 1956 Oval window Beetle when he was 15 years old and has been building award winning cars ever since.
